In a world where most ads fall into the realm of dullness, we decided to take a different route to announce 7-Eleven's new lunch deal.

We presented it not as just another advertisement but as breaking news, crafting fictional stories published in Sweden's leading gossip magazines — making headlines about real lunch deals. 

Drawing inspiration from the tabloid press that typically features celebrities and royals, we casted real-life couple and micro influencers Alex Urombi and Tina Misagahi to front the campaign. We then created fictive lighthearted stories that all had one thing in common – the lunch offer played the main character.
